Question / Help Things are Pixelated... :(

Hello, I have been testing and recording my screen but it looks all pixelated ive already tried looking at other forums and do what others did to fix their problem but highering my bit rate did me no justice my livestream is also pixelated but you cant tell that much when im playing my game its mostly when i record my display and or stream my display is it pixelated while its previewing please help putting up the bit rate up doesnt help as i said. :(
