These microstutters are about every 8 or 9 seconds seeming throughout the live music

simply irritating AF. Throughout the music there are these microstutters every 8 / 9 seconds. At least over the first 10 minutes and last 10 minutes. I have yet to listen to it all. Really disturbed me when I listen back.
This is most likely coming from the streaming computer. Not the other 2 computers.
Ok I have 3 computers. They are all set to the same 320 kbps for audio. They are all in series, and this is the log from the streaming computer. I monitor the OBS live, and there is not this issue on the 1st of 3 computers. The 2nd computer is not likely the source as I watch it, I don't really listen to it, but I used it to record videos a long time before recently the livestreaming again via the 3rd made the change to the new setup. That has made the 2nd computer less strenuous job as it now doesn't need to do the work of recording or even scaling from 1920 to 1280 which is done now on the 3rd computer. All is achieved via NDI sources across the network.
I include the log from today's live stream which I played the music live also the link is available and can be heard on the site where it was streamed to. Soon also available for download via the download arrow in the bottom bar of the videos (bitchute makes downloading easy)

will be downloadable once processing finished. It is a good stream. The processing could take a minute to another 12 hours...it's Caturday so it may take longer.

So what I upload a bad log here? Can someone with the capability delete it as it has some information about my computers and I don't need that out there? Why is there no way to delete these posts? Not a very secure thing if not.

Wll I mean not much. The names of the computers. The specs of the one computer. But those names could be correlated by data miners at Microsoft at least... compromizing my anonymity. Anyone read this can delete the log since it is not apparently the log I should upload to here. Please and thank you.

Whatever. The livestream is finally finished processing after I watched it Maybe the stuttering will be minimalized after watching it, as I noticed that many of the times that it would stutter there was a circle from the website about buffering. This may all be just a buffering problem I don't know, until I finish downloading it, but it's a hela good live stream you should download it and listen to it particularly the music at the end and after the midway point was something special. Just a plug. Ok. MYOB. Ha ha.

eh spoke too soon. Still not done processing. Saw some green banner at the top but I couldn't read it before it went off. There was the chance that that green banner meant the vid had finished processing. Instead I think it just went to autoplay of the next stream and the download arrow showed up. Not having a very good luck with this stuff today....So maybe tomorrow it will finally finish processing.

Yes it recommended a solution (Windows settings had me using the power efficiency mode (intel graphics) rather than my 960 GTX card on my laptop, things that make you go 'hmm' I must have set it that way myself or maybe when I started using the 2nd OBS instance (a portable instance) recently it may have changed that setting, because I see the 2nd instances of OBS changing the save to location on the first instance so who's to say it's not changed this also?) Thanks, I did not know that automatic log analyzer existed!

You can access the Analyzer via Help menu, upload log file. Once you upload the dialog window it opens shows you the URL to the log file and the button to analyze it.
