Theres a horizontal break in my videos

hoping someone here can help. There seems to be a horizontal line that breaks my videos. Its like the two part of my video are in a different resolution.. would anyone know what setting affects this?

Looks like the game is getting some visual tearing. Provide your OBS log please.

Looks like a frame (readout) desync issue. Not a differing resolution (as far as is can see).
