Hey guys, I am new to using OBS 24.0.6 (mac) for live streamig music sets to Twitch, pretty much learning as I'm going lol. When I go to select start stream &/or record, I get the error message
"There is not sufficient disk space to continue recording."
I have tried adjusting video settings, this didn't work. Which I am not sure if my settings are acuratly set up in the first place. I also saw while test streaming an error message at the bottom that said encoding overload, which also said adjust your video settings or change the encoding presets to a higher one. I believe I fixed that one by lowering my output resolution to 1280x720.
I am using a macbook air:
Model Name: MacBook Air
Model Identifier: MacBookAir7,2

Processor Speed: 1.8 GHz

Total Number of Cores: 2

L3 Cache: 3 MB
Hyper-Threading Technology: Enabled
Memory: 8 GB
Boot ROM Version: 192.0.0.0.0
SMC Version (system): 2.27f2

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.

You shouldn't get a disk space error trying to stream unless you've set OBS to record and stream at the same time.

Please also moderate your expectations as the MacBook Air is almost uniquely ill-suited for running OBS.
