Question / Help There is no build-in output listed in my audio, only speakers.

Hi so I've been following the tutorials exactly as how they instructed but there isn't a build-in output listed in my audio so I'd select the speakers but then the sound would be coming out of the speakers and not my headphones. If I select all 3 of the options that are listed, the sound comes out of my headphones and my mac. I'm so very confused... pls send help.
