Question / Help The weirdest lag I've ever gotten. (UNSOLVED)

My computer has been able to stream before no problem. I started off with that just to say it's not specs; logs will be included anyways.

Anyways, when I start playing a game, it runs fine. When I open obs, it slows down significantly. That seems like lag from not a good enough computer until you realize:

1. I was able to stream before completely fine.
2. It worked ONE single time out of all the times I tried, which means it can work. (It just worked once and I had no idea why).
3. The game still lags AFTER closing obs...

Any ideas?
Note: Each log is pretty similar and you probably only need to look at one.

Update: It seems to work if I switch from capture specific window to capture any fullscreen application or vice versa. It makes no sense, as i can switch either way...

It sometimes works though, but it's extremely inconsistent.
Edit: I deleted both of my scenes besides Minecraft but it's still laggy

Here are some new logs.
The 15-50-43 was the one that worked for quite a while before it broke.
15-54-30 is me trying to fix it but it just wouldn't work.
15-58-48 is me trying it after deleting all scenes besides Minecraft.

This slowdown is a problem for me only with games running in OGL (works fine in D3D) and only since the recent windows update.

I tried to test a directx game by streaming overwatch but it just came up as a black screen LUL

Osu! Works with both OpenGL mode and directx mode, Minecraft has lag and is OpenGL, and overwatch is black screen and directx

Update: It does NOT lag when I open minecraft NOT in fullscreen first, then open OBS, start stream, THEN fullscreen minecraft. This is only a temporary fix although it is consistent.
