The included logfile does not show a recording session.
You can open your recordings folder from the File menu, Show Recordings. By default they are named with date+timestamps as the filename. If you do not have good CODEC support installed on your computer, it may show up as an Internet Explorer file (FLV is default associated with IE/Edge). Would recommend installing VLC, an open-source and free video player with very good codec support.
Did you click 'start recording' and then 'stop recording' at the end, and let the video finalize? OBS doesn't just start recording as soon as it's opened (an assumption some new users make, so just checking!)
