The Text at the source of my OBS doesn't work, I need help

Hi guys, The Text icon at the Source in my OBS doesn't function as should. The letters when I type are always blurred and will not transfer to my screen when I press OK. I have watched videos on it, the process of operation is the same. I use windows 10 and I'm really worried about this disappointment. Moreso, I need to show the name of the Charity I represent in front of me in every recording video. I request and will appreciate help from you all. -Tnx
