The stream starts to render very badly only when tabbed into a game

Hello, since a few weeks ago my streams started lagging very badly while streaming, but only while tabbed into a game.
More specifically, the FPS gets down to 20-30 FPS from 60, the Average time to render frame goes from ~1 ms to over 5 ms and the Frames missed due to rendering lag spike in the red.
Keep in mind that these are the same settings I've had for a few months now and the problem just started showing up, to the point where I cannot stream properly at all.

I don't have two 1050TI cards, I only have one

I quite literally don't have anything else that might clash with OBS' capture. Again. I can stream anything with perfect or close to perfect performance, the second I tab into a game, everything goes down the drain
