Question / Help The stream keeps buffering

Hello! My name is Brandon (Brandonplaysbr) and I am back again with another problem. My first problems of not being able to see my stream and laggy streams were resolved. I lowered my output resolution to the lowest it can be and it still is buffering and freezing now and then. When I tried streaming on youtube it said that it wasn't getting enough video to fully load. I keep trying to mess with settings and I do not understand I can stop the freezing and buffering that keeps occurring when I stream. Please help.
