The stream is turned off every 30 seconds I checked all: Internet connection, drivers, Reinstalled the program completely, Reinstalled windows, Diagnosed a video card(Perfect result), Diagnosed internet connection And checked the traffic everywhere(Perfect result), I do not know what to do, He stopped working after the last update.

You are stopping the stream. Either you set an output timer (tools menu) or are pressing a hotkey to stop the stream.
