The sound is recorded, but the picture is frozen

Hello everyone who reads this. I have a problem - I use OBS for recording and sometimes (at any moment) the picture freezes on the recording itself, but the sound continues to record. What to do? I'm tired of constantly restarting OBS, and then watching that there are no recordings, there is only sound ...
There is an assumption that I incorrectly configured for replays.

Please post a logfile from a recording session where the issue occurred. We really do need one to troubleshoot almost any problem.
