Question / Help THe recordings are laggy

like I meantioned in the Title the recordings are very laggy. Most of my Games are running with 144 FPS while I'm recording, but when I see the Records they're like 20-30 FPS.
Specs of my PC:

AMD MPG X570 Gaming Edge Wifi
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Nitro+
2x 8 GB DDR4-3200

Videos are going to my Samsung 860 EVO SSD 500 GB
Obs is running on the SSD aswell.

My Games are on my 4 TB HDD.

My English isn't that good, but I hope someone can help me to fix it.

What program are you using to play back your videos? The OBS logs show you're encountering no issues with recording.

VLC is the recommended program to play back videos. The standard windows media player caps at 30fps for whatever reason.

Ye carlmmii I'm using the windows media player. I will try it with VLC and give you some feedback.
