The recorded video is choppy.

I usually connect my PC for PowerPoint and my camera to my PC for OBS to record.

I had no problem until yesterday, but when I started recording today, the screen became choppy.
I tried changing the settings, but it didn't fix the problem.
Please let me know if there is a solution.
