Question / Help The recorded file stutters when looking at it but the games doesn't lag or someting when recording

Hello,

So a few weeks/months ago I could record games in 60 fps 1920/1080 --> 1920/1080 without having lag (proof: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjJwv_P4YXoZOzIjOzvTVng all video's on there are mine and recorded before the the problem)
Than after a windows makers update or something can't realy remember the update name my obs could't handel this anymore
Now if i record at 30 fps 1920/1080 --> 1280/720 my game won't lag but the recorded file stutters
Can somebody help me pleas?

Problem Solved!
My GPU was overloaded because I had no vsync enabled, enable it and it will work :D
