Hi, im new to the site and can't wait to meet everybody. I ran into a problem with recording The Outer Worlds on fullscreen when i ran into a post on reddit how to fix. All you have to do is open OBS with administrator rights. I wanted to go ahead and make a post here just in case somebody else had the same problem. All credit goes to SwoleBenji.
