The Option to Select different FPS for Streaming & Recording!

As the title of the subject says...

We streamers REALLY need to be able to stream & record at the same time using OBS Studio in case if we want to upload those VODs later on Twitch or YouTube or where ever we want it to be uploaded on...

I personally find it really annoying when I already have the option to record on a different quality than the actual stream and NOT being able to change the FPS for the recording which does not make any sense...

It is really disappointing, and unfortunate...

Please Add the Option to Stream & Record with different frame rates for each.

Since live streaming, 720p 30fps and 1800 bitrates for the twitch starters really does seems to be the PERFECT spot!

But what if the streamer wishes to highlight or upload the whole VOD on his YouTube channel???

Of course, He would choose the Quality to be high as possible (e.g. 1080p 60FPS at least).

I really do hope/wish that you will add this feature soon as It would DEFINITELY going to be one of the BEST features that OBS can ever have.

I actually don't know if this is planned. I've spoken to Jim about this a couple times before and the impression that I got was that this was actually a lot harder to do than you might think.
