Hello there!
I have this issue like in Topic. The obs64.exe application has been blocked from accessing the graphics hardware. Have no idea why. I'm streaming from a brand new laptop Gigabyte Aero 15 Intel I7-10870H, RTX 3060, 16GB RAM.
Streaming settings:
1920x1080
60fps
3000 Kbps
encoder NVENC
During the stream, OBS has problems with encoding, losing fps, after an hour or less it simply crashed with this issue.
Previously I was streaming with older Asus with Ryzen 7 and Radeon GPU. I never had problems like this on the same OBS settings.
