The latest version 31.0.0 is broken

I updated this morning to the latest version and well it is 150% broken if i launch my games with out OBS active my games play fine everything works fine but if i want to stream i open OBS and with this latest version it is like something is polling for something by the millions the mouse cursor gets the spinning wheel trying to load something by the billions then my games freeze up and hard lock and go unresponsive

See other recent threads that reference making sure your plugins are compatible (the requirement is for you to do that in advance of upgrading). Do NOT assume having latest plugin means they are compatible
