Question / Help The Game have 60 fps but the Video have lag

hey When i capture a Game have more than 60fps but the Video is total laggi. I testet all encoders but all Laggs. My log

Change your encoder to software low cpu use.

This dont help. my cpu works with cpature by max 60% this is not so much i think.

You're still slightly overloading your laptop's video card.

i dont understand why. this Card is so new and with xsplit or nvidia shadowplay i have no Problems with cpature
