Bug Report The first frame from the old video

Translator:
Situation:
1. I press the recording shortcut button
2. I turn off the recording with the same button
3. I record again without resetting OBS
4. and finish recording again

Problem:
The second film (3-4) in the first frame of the animation has the image from the previous recording (1-2).

This is a bit annoying.

I had the same problem, switch it back to the classic (old) NVIDIA NVENC H.264 encoder and it will help :)
