Hai.. can someone help me to find the best OBS Settings based from my spec, please

Use the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it suggest.
Restart OBS and test.

And then, after following PaiSand's advice, be sure to follow the pinned post in this forum (link in my .sig) about posting an OBS Log from a Recording and/or Streaming session (30 seconds, or more, please) when asking for support
