The Best 4K Full Seting OBS Studio:
Good evening group, I would like suggest to me the best settings that I can to do for the better LiveStreaming, I don't care about the recording.

Other than using Auto-config, it is hard to say, and what you posted is NOT enough to know what will and won't work... it depends on highly on what else on same PC as OBS Studio is running (including ALL background OS processes). And what will work for one game may not work for another. Some games are very demanding on PC, others aren't... and there are many of us using OBS Studio for livestreaming and Recording non-games, which have their own workload profiles.

In other words, there is no single 'correct' or 'right' answer... like asking what is best car? well, depends on what you want it to be/do... a great car for one person isn't for another. Same goes for OBS Studio settings.
Best to learn how to do real-time hardware resource monitoring (Task Manager or similar) and learn to identify system bottlenecks, then adjust accordingly. Beware YouTuber's who make recommendations without explaining implications and caveats... such folks often don't really know what they are doing .. lots of bad advice out there.

although in the past I used this particular computer for both live and recording...and because now I see that things are somewhat difficult due to the age, let's say, of the computer!!!
We know how to do live streaming and recording simultaneously with two computers and what is needed?
besides a second computer with a motherboard and processor :) :) :)
