Question / Help The best 1080p 60fps possible?

Hi!
I've been trying to achieve the best 1080p possible. I tried dxtory and obs with lossless. I know about the huge file size but I really don't care since I render using sony vegas.

Render settings: 1080p @ 60, 8-bit, 25mb bitrate.
OBS Settings: Lossless quality, simple preset.

my question is: should I change from Lossless to CQP?

Should I follow these settings?

You should not follow any youtube video that claims to have "Best settings"

CQP 14 is roughly equal to the indistinguishable preset in simple output mode.
