The backstage recording was wrong

This problem is begin i update OBS 31.0.0 from steam,before i update everything run fine.
This problem usually comes up when i've been recording for about an hour and a half
I need help!!!

You may try to check how many RAM each process consumes during OBS session. This can be done in the Task Manager of Windows.
