Question / Help Text sources going blank, is it OBS or 3rd party the issue?

Here's a clip of an issue I've been experiencing between 1 to 3 times every single stream

Text sources for donations randomly glitches going blank

So I need help into seeing if you guys can tell me if its OBS or the 3rd party software the issue? My 1st assumptions was the 3rd party which is StreamLabs(Stream Labels 2) which I've gone complaining to them about it but apparently they can't reproduce the issue. When it happens to me I have to close and reopen Stream Labels 2 to fix it but obviously its annoying to have this spontaneously happen 1-3 daily on every stream. Well any ideas?

Yesterdays 10 hour stream log in case its needed, it did occur 3 times during the stream

bump any devs or anybody who has had this issue or has an idea?

Yes both OBS Studio and Stream Labels 2 have been uninstalled, deleted all left over files then restarted computer and installed the latest version again, redo all the setups of everything again and I still have the issue during streaming.
