Bug Report Text select pointer is not captured when Windows display scaling is set to 150%

As the title says, when I set Windows display scaling to 150%:

OBS wont record the text select pointer:

Changing the text select pointer in Mouse Properties makes the problem go away:

Is there a way around this without changing the pointer? Thanks.

I know it's late to respond but recently I faced the exact same issue. On thorough investigation I found OBS was actually recording the text select, but text select was complete black in color and that's the reason the movement of the text select was not easily visible. If you slowly move the text select over the text with white background, you'll be able to capture it. I don't know if this is Windows 10 issue or OBS issue. To work around this issue I download custom cursor from this site http://www.rw-designer.com/cursor-detail/25477 . It looks very much like the Windows 10 default cursor, but it works with OBS. It worked for me. Hope this helps.
