Testing OBS linux

Seeing a beta was available, i decided to give OBS a try.
I was pleasantly surprised. If you omit some "I don't know how to configure" it works a charm. I tried with kerbal space program (probably the program I have on linux that uses the most gpu), PC didn't show sign of slowing down.(GPU is GTX 650)

The only thing it lacks is parameters (video quality / format), and hotkey.

Yea, we're going to slowly add all those options back again. It's taking a while though unfortunately because we're still doing a lot of backend stuff.

Yeah, i saw that. Same for the mesa driver support, probably next on my wishlist.

Nice to have some working recording software on linux at last. :)

So far everything is working perfectly on 14.04.01 with a gtx 660. Looking forward to more features coming in, especially chroma key.
