if you are experienced stutters at video playback
first make a test-recording:
check recorded file with your favorite media player
Now look at recorded video - does is stutters?
try another media player (if you have enough skills to open video file frame by frame - do it!).
first make a test-recording:
- set Settings>Video>Base (Canvas) Resolution: 1280x720
- set Settings>Video>Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1280x720
- set Common FPS Values = 30
- uncheck Rescale Output if any (Settings>Output>Output mode: Advanced>Recording tab>Rescale Output).
- create empty scene
- add Image source and select the image (see the attachment)
- add Scroll filter to Image source
- set Scroll filter parameter Horizontal Speed to 100 (the image begins to move)
- right-click on Image source and select Transform>Center to screen (Ctrl+D)
- click Start recording
- wait 20 seconds
- click Stop recording

My player shows stuttering. But another one goes smooth. It has stutters at first run, but if I rewind the video by 2-5 sec stuttering in that place disappear. Magic. The recorded video opened by virtualdub (DShowInputDriver + ffdshow + haali), avisynth + megui, any other software frame by frame, and it shows perfect image sequence without significant 'jumps'.
