Terrible slowdowns while recording/streaming

So i’ve been dealing with this problem since i got my ElGato HD60s and i just ignored it because i couldnt fix it.. i get very bad slow downs sometimes when recording AND streaming, here is a video i recorded to showcase the issue.

Please someone help me im desperate.

PC:
i7-6700K
16GB RAM
Nvidea 1060 6GB

I should mention im recording an external console so im basically using only OBS/Streamlabs on my PC.

Also i get the slowdown even with the preview when im not even recording. It's so annoying.
