Terrible Picture from PS4 Using Elgato HD60+

I'm recording my PS4 using a Elgato HD60+ into a MacBook Pro.

The MacBook Pro is an i9 model from this year, so up to the job, and has always delivered a decent picture using the same set up, it's sound I've been trying to sort out, but tonight the picture looks terrible, like 360p, at best.
The picture looks great on my monitor while playing, and seems to be fine when viewed on my Mac, it's the recording that's dire. I've tried playing the file with VLC and Quick Time (after converting).

Everything seems to be set for HD, and I haven't touched anything, so no idea what's gone wrong? (this time!).

I've attached a log file.

Just tried a quick recording with game capture HD and it was perfect, so it's def an OBS issue. Ive not changed any settings , so I'm clueless!

My encoder seemed to be set at use stream encoder, but I tried all the different encoders and the result was the still the same. I've been using OBS for a few weeks now and never had a picture issue. I'v e been trying to get to grips with audio mixes, which I finally got, and now this!

You send 1080p60 with audio in 320 at a bitrate of 2500kbps it's normal that the image is crippy

Switch to 1536x864p and the audio to 160 max with a bitrate of 6000kbps.
