Question / Help Terrible freezing/lag

I finally found a quality of video that looks how I want it to, but the video itself has terrible freezing and lag.

Use 30 FPS, not 48


Use SIMPLE SETTINGS

Indistinguishable Quality, Large File Size

Software x264 of Software x264 low CPU usage

I applied these settings but I am still experiencing choppy video

Maybe you should run OBS on your NVIDIA card.
Perhaps you could, then, use NVENC encoding.
