I'm trying to stream on YouTube. The X264 encoder, bitrate of 10000, preset the use of a faster processor, 1080p 60 frames per second. The picture on the broadcast is just awful. When broadcasting on twitch with the worst settings, everything is perfect. I tried everything, watched all the videos with settings, nothing helps. Reisen 2700 processor, 16 GB of RAM.
