Terrible audio feedback loop

Attached is a scene I have setup. Audio and video coming from camera.
But there is a headache-inducing continuous bleeping. what am I doing wrong?

SOLVED I had 2 audio feeds from the camera. I didn't realise the single usb cable could bring in both audio and video so I had audio coming in via HDMI!
