It is already possible as Vidiu Mini supports broadcasting to RTMP server and OBS supports reading from RTMP server as source.
What is missing is the RTMP server in the middle, but you can just set up your own https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-set-up-your-own-private-rtmp-server-using-nginx.50/
1. Setup VidiU to broadcast to that server: https://support.teradek.com/hc/en-us/articles/216947868-VidiU-Manual-Platform-Setup-RTMP-
2. Add RMTP server as OBS source:: Sources->Add->Media source->OK, uncheck "local file", put rtmp:// server url in input.
