until OBS gets updated to support the card, you can use this temporary solution I use. When you add a source, select "game capture syphon". Then, you'll have to go in the settings and "inject" media express (assuming you can get your Intensity Card to work in media express at least). The nice thing is that it only captures the video and not the control panel in media express, and it is faaaaar less sluggish than trying to simply "window capture" media express and cropping.
