Question / Help Tearing and Green/Pink Flickering in Output File

The video preview is working perfectly, no issues, but when I record the output video is doubled (image to show what I mean) and the video flickers pink and green. The doubling/flickering is also present in webcam portion of the screen that I did not include in the sample image, so I do not think it is the capture device. (Also since the capture works perfectly in the preview) Nothing is wrong with the audio either.

Running a ryzen 5 2600 and AMD Radeon 6900 series, all that should be in the log file I think.

Hey in case anyone sees this and has the same problem. It ended up being a problem with VLC and not the OBS recording. In VLC i changed the video output to directX from automatic (tools>preferences>video>output), and the playback is fine now. Noticed when I tried playing the same file in windows media player and it worked fine.
