Not that I'm aware of. The original plugin was created by the community, and it will likely need to be re-created by the community for OBS Studio.

Answered in the plugin thread but I'll answer here too for anyone else interested.

I have started to move the TS3 plugin to OBS Studio. Its taking a while but I'm getting there slowly.
