Hi.
I'm an italian High School Teacher.
I'd like to use OBS and Elgato Stream deck not only to register video of my lessons but event to teach lesson in realtime from my lab and display it to my students (that are all in lab during the lessons) on a 55" smart TV.
In other words, I'd like to do all that I can do during a video registration even in a live streaming directly on the smart TV.
Is it possible?
And if yes, how?
Any idea?
Thanks in advance.

Yes this is possible, OBS has a projector that will project any scene, source, program window or (preview window if in studio mode) to a second display / TV.
On the computer running OBS configure it for an extended desktop Press: Windows +P Select extend.
Connect HDMI cable between TV and computer with OBS, make sure you have the correct input selected on your TV.
Now right click the program window in OBS, hover over full screen projector, and select your TV.

Depending on the age of your smart TV your computer may see it wirelessly this would eliminate the need for the HDMI cable.
Click on the notification icon in the system tray,(lower right corner) then select projector, select extend . And select search for wireless display, and your computer will try to find it, this also worked for me using a Roku streaming stick it may work with other streaming sticks also.
