Question / Help Tascam 16x08 not working with OBS

Hello. I am new to all this. I spent countless hours yesterday trying to get audio from my Tacam 16x08 Interface into OBS. It seems I have tried everything and OBS is not reading the audio from my microphone. Can somebody please help me?

I have same problem OBS, let me select my card on Mic/Aux input the Tascam US-16x8 but nothing input to the mic/aux. it's crazy!!!

have tested all channels don't work.

Help please
