Bug Report System tray can't be disabled

System tray icon visible even if I uncheck File->Settings->General->System Tray->Enable

Version: 22.0.2 and 23.0.0 (maybe others, tested only on this)
Platform: 64 bit Windows 8.1 Pro with all updates
