Question / Help System Missing Runtime Components

Hello , I am trying to download OBS studio and keep coming up with this problem!! I have asked multiple people and they always say "install vcredist_x64 and x84.... I can't! everytime I try to , it brings me to the windows page and says error 404, download can't be found... please help! below are the screenshots to the problems I am having

Also, new installer has link to the right location of the packages. Are you trying outdated version of the application? Most recent OBS Studio is v20.1.1 (https://obsproject.com/download).
