system froze after about 5 hours of streaming

To be honest i thought i fixed this last night.
i streamed today and immediately my whole system froze! (even though i tested last night but i was connected directly to Twitch then and i'm on Restream.io now) So i signed off on everything and connected back to Restream.io. it worked and i stream for about 5 hours of MHRise with the bros then suddenly the same thing happened...
my whole system froze but i could still hear my friends on discord but my keyboards, mouse, and screen was frozen. help?

i've posted the last log file if it'll help.

streaming is additinal load. Just run prime95 and heaven benchmark at the same time for some hours and see how stable or more probably unstable your system is

i've streamed long hours before and it was fine. i don't know if its the combination of making new scenes/updates/ earlier this week that's screwing me over. those are the only things that come to mind that have changed as far as i can recall. but i will go ahead and use those you've suggested.
also have you seen the log file?

thank you! i've seen an admin reply to people experiencing with the same issues. i'm spreading the word, hopefully it gets fixed soon cuz the stress was real! LUL
