Question / Help syphonInject Downsampling in video calls

Hi, I was interested in using obs with syphon to use the chroma key function in video calls since not all programs offer that. I got everything set up with obs and syphon and CamTwist and it all works, except the quality of the video in the call is really awful. Any ideas?

(ignore the background that's just the filler image im using)
