Question / Help Syncing Two Cameras

Hey folks, I've been using OBS to stream my church's services for about 8months now. I've become fairly comfortable with it, but there is one issue I still cannot figure out.

How do I get my 2nd camera "in sync" with the 1st camera? Here is a link to the last broadcast, and it shows the issue with the wide-angle shot.

how are you getting your slides into OBS for the worship songs? My church has been just using a phone, but would like to switch to obs and a camera.

How are your cameras connected to your computer? Capture card or a mixer?

We have a similar setup for our church.

Give me details on how your setup is and how you are streaming it.
