Question / Help Sync Offset not Working

Using OBS 20.1.3 I am trying to sync up my camera and microphone with the input from my elgato card. I was able to delay my camera input to match with movements made coming from the elgato, but no matter if I have 0ms or 20000ms in sync offset, my audio remains about 1-1.5 seconds ahead of my camera.

Already solved my problem. Sync Offset does not work if you have monitoring enabled. Hopefully this helps someone in the future

how did you fix it? my game audio / mic isnt synced up with my video :(
