Question / Help Sync Audio with Video!!!

I am currently getting my webcam's video lagging behind my wired microphone by about 0.5ms, and was wondering if there is a way for me to delay the microphone in OBS Studio on Mac. I know you can do this on OBS Windows 0.5.* but couldn't find the control for mac. If OBS does not support this, is there a way through Logic Pro X or VLC that I can delay my microphone???

I have tried this exact thing but the audio fluctuates its speed so I can't get it to line up with my lagged video of facecam. Any advice on this?

OK, so I figured some of it out. I changed the default format from 44100 hz to 48000 hz. at 800 ms delay this roughly cleaned up a lot of it. Is it a problem if my Plantronics mic/heaphones can only do 441000 hz?

Every time I turn off OBS and restart, I have to resync the audio through the mixer controls delay. And during the recordings I am still getting some fluctuation is sync.

I searched all over OBS panels, tabs, settings, etc, watched YT videos explaining this and no where until this post I saw or read about the mixer gear. So simple but unmentioned. Thank you!

Using the 500 ms delay via the mixer gear > Advanced Audio Properties cleared up our lag. Now the video and audio are matching up perfectly. Can't believe it was something so simple....and yet I can. It's always the simple things that confound the most.
