Switching through dozen of sources one after another per Hotkey?

Hey guys,

i am gonna to stream a top 10 by 3 people so there is a tons of images I have to present in a stream.
the plan is to show
Image:Number 10
Person As Number 10
Person Bs Number 10
Person Cs Number 10
Image Number 9
Person As Number 9
and so on

I want to have us shown all the time via Skype oder OBS.ninja, but I don't want to do create 40 scenes where I have to change everything in every scene if something went wrong.
so my plan is to put all images in one scene as different image sources.
I own an elgato stream deck so I want to program it so that I have to click just one button to go forward through the sources and one button to back if needed, but I don't find anything how I can do this.
The only possibility I found so far ist to program one source show / not show with the same hot key, but that would mean I have to program over 30 sources in OBS an the in the stream deck.
Has anybody an idea how this could work out better?

If you just want to show 30 images in a specific order, why not try an Image Slide Show source? The max is 50 images (by heart).
