Bug Report Switching Stream Service without Restarting OBS Causes No Audio

I have run into this multiple times, where I'll start by streaming to Mixer. I'll stop streaming, then switch the service to Twitch, connect my Twitch account, and start streaming to Twitch. My stream will go live on Twitch with the video, and in OBS the audio bars move AS IF it's streaming the audio, but the stream on Twitch will actually be silent. This gets resolved just by restarting OBS after switching the Streaming service. What could be causing this?

After this occurs, click Help -> Log Files -> Upload Current Log File and post the link here. This definitely doesn't sound like expected behaviour.
