Question / Help Switching Scenes - same Webcam - Different effects

Hello everyone,
I am on the 22.0.3 release and have some problems with my multiple scene setup.

In one scene, I want to use my external webcam (v4l), and in a different scene I want to use the same webcam (v4l) with different effect applied.

If I reuse the v4l device, I am not able to change the filters, without modifying the filters for every scene, the webcam is used in.
So I tried to add the same webcam again (v4l) but it appears that the webcam is used in the other scene, so the resource is not freed up. Maybe the webcam can not be opened and it shows now video the the new scene.

Switching back to the old scene with the first v4l device shows a video feed again.

Does someone know this problem?

How can I set filters on a scene basis, without using the same hardware 2 times in v4l?

You make a dedicated scene (or multiple scenes) that ONLY has the webcam in it, with the source fit to screen. One scene for each different set of filters applied.
You then apply the filters to the SCENE itself instead of to the source.
You then add those scenes to the other scenes where you want to use the various sets of filters.
